Please note - you will need to enter the email address listed in your Self profile to reset your password. 

If you are unable to reset your password or you do not receive a password reset email, please contact our Customer Success team. 

If you are on a web or mobile web browser:

  • Visit self.inc
  • Click the "Get Help" button (bottom right of the page)
  • Choose between Email, Chat, or Phone for your preferred method of support

If you are on our mobile app, click "Profile" (image of a person on the bottom right of navigation bar), then click "Contact Support" to submit an email request.

If you’re having trouble choosing a new password, please make sure your password is a minimum of 8 characters and includes:

  • One uppercase letter (A, B, C, etc.)

  • One lowercase letter (a, b, c, etc.)

  • One number (1, 2, 3, etc.)

  • One special character (@, #, $, etc.)
