What to do if you did not receive your Self payout

payouts@self.incIf it’s been more than 10 days since we issued your payout and you have not received your money via a mailed check or direct deposit, please email payouts@self.inc for help. 

To check your payout status,  log in to your Self account and check your payout tracker.

We mail checks from our Austin, Texas office via USPS, so arrival times will vary. Once we initiate a direct deposit, your bank’s processing time will determine when the money shows up in your bank account.
