Why didn’t I receive an unsecured credit line? What do I need in order to qualify?
We start automatically reviewing your account to see if you are eligible for unsecured credit 6 months after you open the Self Visa® Credit Card.
Your eligibility is based on maintaining positive credit activity, both for your Self account and credit accounts at other financial institutions.
If you qualify for unsecured credit with Self, we will notify you either through a:
- Pop-up in your app dashboard
- Push notification to your phone
- Or via the email address on file
