To report your card as lost or stolen, please contact the Self Customer Success Team:

  • Visit self.inc
  • Click the "Magnifying Glass" button (bottom right of the page)
  • Choose to search our FAQ section for quick 'self help' or choose between Email or Chat for your preferred method of support
