How Do I Report Fraudulent Use Of My Self Visa® Credit Card?

To report a billing error or report fraud, please send an email to disputes@self.inc and include the transaction(s) in question along with a detailed description of the issue.

If there is no fraudulent activity but you are in need of a new card, please send an email to replacecard@self.inc for further instructions to receive a new Self Visa® Credit Card.
