Can I add, change, or remove my payment method?
You are welcome to add or remove payment methods at any time. To change your payment method:
On your Self App:
- Log into your Self account.
- Click the Menu (three lines) in the top
- Click 'My profile"
- Use the top navigation bar to scroll right to "Payment methods"
- TO ADD - Click "Add a payment method" to add a new account or card
- TO REMOVE - Click the account/card you would like to remove and "Remove payment method" on the next screen
From a computer or browser:
Log in to your Self account.
Go to “settings” at the top of the screen.
Select “Add payment method” and enter your new information.
Once you’ve added a new payment method, you can then delete other payment methods. To delete a payment method:
Click “Settings” at the top of the screen.
Select “my payment methods.” Once you’ve selected this, you’ll see a list of all your payment methods. Just click the red “X” button to the right of the payment method you want to remove.
