I Haven't Received My Self Visa® Credit Card Yet, What Do I Do?

If you do not receive your Self Visa credit card within 10 days please contact Self's Customer Success team after verifying your mailing address. 

To make your experience even quicker, please LOG IN to verify or update your mailing address to ensure the arrival of your new card and send us a message or live chat from your account. You may also email us at replacecard@self.inc with "ADDRESS VERIFIED" in the subject line to receive a new card.
