When will I get a credit score?

Since everyone’s financial history is unique, we can’t say exactly how long it could take to establish a credit score when using the Self Credit Builder Account. However, studies have shown that Credit Builder Accounts have helped people establish a credit score in 6 months or less.

According to NerdWallet.com, it typically takes about 2-3 months of reported payment history for a consumer to establish a VantageScore. To establish a FICO credit score, the score used by the majority of lenders, FICO needs at least 6 months of reported payment history.

That means you should start seeing a credit score anywhere from about 2-6 months after you start your account.
